Winter Solstice
By: Rachella
On the longest night of the year
Time to abandon all of our fears
Roots that spiral from our toes
Mother Earth anchors and drains our woes
Weaving woman to woman to woman
Let us be snug in our hibernation
While Winter's wisdom claims our souls
For in the womb of the night
Comes the birth of the light
